We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Client Support Specialists or CSS.
- Become an expert in the features of benefits of the Profit Driver Pro solution.
- Train end users.
- Provide proactive support to clients.
- Conduct needs assessment calls with specific clients who are struggling.
- Schedule online training.
- Strong phone skills.
- Confidence in problem solving.
- Consult with clients in defining goals and success strategies.
- Develop plans with members of the field team.
- Strong technical knowledge of software and marketing automation systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Three years proven track record in client support.
- Experience in managing customer relationships and maintaining relationships in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work with multiple departments and roles to manage customer life cycle from implementation to renewal.
- Strong relationship-building and consulting skills.
- Passion for working with new technologies and an ability to understand new technical concepts.
- Develop, cultivate and manage the relationship with customers within the company book of business.
- Maintain accurate and timely account records in CRM as needed for efficient account management.
- Provides regular reports to management.
- Performs other related tasks or duties as required.
- Demonstrate aptitude and desire to assume increased levels of responsibility.
